We collect only the information needed to organize Coop's Cup, process payments, and communicate with participants.
Privacy
Registration, sponsor, donor, volunteer, and contact information is used to operate the event. Personal contact details, golfer records, and donation amounts are not displayed publicly. Contact coopscupgolf@gmail.com to request a correction or deletion.
Payments and refunds
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Coop's Cup does not store full card details. Registration and sponsorship refund requests are reviewed individually because event commitments and golfer capacity may already have been reserved. Contact the organizer with any payment question.
Photos and logos
Event photos may be used in future Coop's Cup communications. Submitted sponsor logos may be used for event recognition. Contact the organizer if you need an image removed or corrected.
Tax information
Sponsorships may include golf or other tangible benefits. Consult your tax advisor and contact Coop's Cup for the documentation that applies to your contribution.
